What do i need to rent a 412 trailer?
A Current PA Drivers License and Proof of Insurance. A Credit Card matching the Drivers License will be recorded at the time time of the reservation. A refundable security deposit of $150 and a reservation fee of $50 will be accepted at the time of reservation. All are refundable within 72 hours
Is my tow vehicle strong enough?
Thats a great question and generally speaking a half ton pickup truck with a 2 5/16" ball hitch can handler the larger trailers. The smaller trailers can be connected to a mid size SUV using a 2" ball hitch but with all rentals, 412 Trailer Rental reserves the right to refuse service if your cargo or tow vehicle exceeds manufacturer guidelines. Its all about safety nothing personal
What type of support do you offer while on a trip?
Traveling the open road is serious business, thats why we recommend you purchase the very reasonable daily insurance rider from MBA. If you are local to the 412 We will try to offer assistance but depending on the situation there are no garantees we can help.
How can I modify my travel plans if needed?
All reservations are secured through the $50 dollar reservation fee. If something should come up we offer a 72 hour cancellation at no cost to you. If you need to cancel within 24 hours we must charge one day of rental fees for the trailer reserved.
